We had the pleasure of working on the exterior cushions for a beautiful Fairline Squadron 58.
This vessel features numerous outdoor cushions that catch your eye as soon as you board.
The stunning new cushions provide an instant visual upgrade, enhancing both style and comfort.

– We replaced the old foam with high-quality foam that offers immediate comfort.
– To ensure longevity, we used durable, high-quality fabric.
– We replaced the old plywood with new materials to enhance stability.

Process

Starting from scratch, we created new templates for the cushions.
We utilized a two-layer foam system, combining cold foam with memory foam on top for optimal comfort.
Additionally, we discovered that the plywood of the flybridge backrest was rotten, as were the helm seats, which also had damaged plywood.
