Step 1
Planning
We start by understanding your needs and providing a detailed quotation and service agreement. We’ll walk you through the preparation, including route planning, weather considerations, process, required paperwork, and crew boarding date.
Step 2
Preparation
Our team prepares your vessel meticulously, ensuring all equipment and systems are checked. Our delivery information form helps us understand your yacht’s specifics and we assist with gathering necessary documents to prevent delays.
Step 3
Hand-Over
The skipper and crew conduct a thorough pre-departure checklist, checking all equipment, engines, rigging, and safety systems. We also fill the tanks and provision the boat for the journey. Additional services like hull cleaning or engine maintenance can be arranged as needed.
Step 4
At Sea
Your boat is sailed or motored conservatively to minimize wear and fuel consumption. The crew works in shifts, maintaining a log and performing regular checks. Our office provides 24/7 weather, routing, and technical support.
Step 5
Arrival
Upon arrival, the team cleans the boat and refills the diesel and water tanks if requested. We provide a comprehensive delivery report, detailing the journey, any issues encountered, fixes made, and a detailed expense report.
