On all our custom made mattresses we use washable quilted covers.
They are also silent (no creaky springs!) and absorb the shock of movement.

Firm 3- layered
A firm mattress with 3 layers of comfort and support (Soft HR foam – Memory foam – Polyether 28 kg/m3 foam). A washable cover and a top layer of high-resilience foam combined with memory foam and comfort zones for even body weight distribution.
2-layered
A 2-layered medium or firm foam mattress. The top layer of memory foam provides pressure relief, while your body is supported in all areas from comfort zones – and the soft cover is washable.
Firm
This simple firm foam mattress. Resilient foam is combined with a soft layer of wadding in the washable quilted cover.
Any Shape and thickness
We can create new boat mattresses in any shape, perfectly following the contours of your boat’s hull, no matter how complex. It’s also possible to have the mattress made in two separate pieces for easier access to storage compartments or hatches underneath, ensuring both practicality and comfort.

From the moment we come to take the template, we immediately get to work. Your custom mattress will be ready within just one week!
Start from Scratch
We create mattresses from scratch, in any shape or size. We come to take a template, which we then use to craft a custom-made mattress, perfectly suited to your space and specific needs.
Angle Cut
We also offer the service of cutting mattresses at an angle, tailored to the shape of the boat’s hull. This creates a larger mattress and provides greater sleeping comfort, perfectly fitting the unique contours of the space on board.
Cover
The mattress cover is machine washable and includes extra padding for added comfort, made from soft quilted stretch material for a luxurious feel. The cover is easily removable with a zipper, making it convenient to clean and maintain.
